Found a number that looks wrong? Want a calculator that doesn't exist yet — home loans, personal loans, settlement quotes? Or just have a question about how one of the tools works? Get in touch.

What We Can Help With

  • Corrections — a rate, fee or result that looks wrong or out of date.
  • Calculator errors — a tool behaving unexpectedly. Tell us the exact inputs you used.
  • Tool suggestions — a calculator or guide you wish existed.
  • How-to questions — help understanding what a particular result means.
  • Content feedback — anything unclear, missing or worth improving.

Every correction and error report is investigated — accuracy is the whole point of the site. What we cannot do is provide personal financial advice, quotes or credit applications; for those, speak to your bank or a registered FSP.

We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. Please note we cannot provide personal financial advice, quotes, or credit applications — for those, speak to your bank or a registered FSP.

What to Include

If you are reporting a calculation issue, include the exact inputs you used (price, deposit, term, rate, balloon) and the result you expected — it makes verifying and fixing the issue much faster. For tool suggestions, a sentence on the decision you were trying to make is more useful than a feature list.

Response Times & What to Expect

We aim to acknowledge every message within two business days and to resolve straightforward corrections within five. Issues that require verifying a fee cap against the latest National Credit Regulator publication, or confirming a SARS transfer-duty bracket change, may take a little longer because we re-check the source before updating the live calculator. If your report involves a specific bank's quote, please attach the quote (with personal details redacted) — it lets us compare our output against an actual offer rather than a hypothetical one.

We treat corrections as priority work. When a reader points out an error and we verify it, the fix ships to the live site and the affected tool's "rates last verified" date is updated. If you reported the issue, you will get a short note confirming what changed. We do not, under any circumstance, ignore a credible report — accuracy is the entire reason this site exists, and a single wrong number undermines every other figure on it.

For partnership, media or syndication enquiries, mention this in the subject line so we can route the message correctly. We do not accept paid placements on the calculators themselves, and no advertiser has any influence over what a tool returns or what a guide recommends.
